It's easy to keep clean with SirClean™ connected to your shower. Adjust the bath temperature and switch the showerhead diverter to SirClean™. Water flow pauses, allowing you an opportunity to get into your preferred position or move to the toilet. Insert SirClean™'s nozzle an inch or two, sufficient to pass the sphincter, then gently squeeze the flow-regulator to start the flow.

If you experience cramps, pause the flow and relax until they pass. Massaging the abdomen counter-clockwise will help propel fluids further up the intestine to promote deeper cleaning.

When you're done, simply tighten the anal sphincter and pull the nozzle out. Retain the enema for a few minutes to help soften any waste, then seat yourself on the toilet to expel.

Special Care. For those with occasional constipation, hemorrhoids or other painful rectal conditions, SirClean™ offers a gentle cleansing that provides relief rather than agitation. A gentle flow of water cleanses the bowel without discomfort, and a cool flow can be effective in relieving painful swelling and tenderness.

Effective. SirClean™'s unique nozzle-integrated flow regulator allows taking an enema in any position without getting water everywhere, and the shower connection ensures SirClean™ never runs low. Fill up with as much (or as little) fluid as needed to thoroughly cleanse.
